Also, you may want to think about how many other people are currently using the same Wi-Fi/bandwidth in your house. Students who may have misplaced that information can retrieve their RCCD email address by using the RCCD WebAdvisor system. Students should receive their student email address and password when first applying to RCCD. To review the maintenance times, sign into Canvas and click into Account -> Settings to view the maintenance schedule under the time zone on the settings page. For example, edited content and submitted work may not save or submit. These four-hour maintenance windows may cause intermittent issues. Regular maintenance will occur on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month from 12:05 am - 4:05 am PST. In an effort to better manage required Canvas maintenance, Canvas will be implementing regular Canvas maintenance times beginning July 15, 2021. ![]()
